Not sure where to begin, or even where I'm going with this.
WORK: I started working at the Airport in May. I went through the classroom training (had the 3rd or 4th highest grade!!), then 2 weeks of on the job training, and then 2 weeks of push-back training. We've been out on the ramp alone for about 3 weeks now. I must say, it's a very easy job, as long as you pay attention. However, there is sooo much that you're responsible for. I'm not sure if after 6 months I want to transfer inside to be a gate agent and work myself up to being a Gate Unit Manager OR stay out on the ramp. We will see come November/December.
HOUSE: We have been looking for a house since about a month after I moved to Charlotte. We (he) found a really good one. Offers have been made. Now it's just a waiting game, which sucks. Cause I for one am very impatient, haha!
FAMILY: My dad is doing ok. I never said in my last post what was wrong. My dad was diagnosed with bladder cancer in late March, early April (right before I moved). He went through six weeks of chemo. He had his last treatment in May. The doctors, however, said that it's something that will probably never go away, which really sucks. He's doing ok. He's got blood in his urine again, which isn't good. I keep praying that everything will be ok. And it will, in God's time.
On the other hand, we are expecting our first niece in late July, early August!!!! I'm ready for her to be here so that I can spoil her :DI know there's things that I'm leaving out. Most of which I don't care to share. It's getting late, so I should probably get to bed.
